It’s been another busy one for us here at Team Cooper in the lead up to the festive period, creating cracking Christmas games for our clients. Our HTML5 games are a great alternative to the standard Christmas card and choccies and can be enjoyed by clients, colleagues and customers all through December.
Here’s a little peek at some of the festive fun we’ve helped create this year.
Following last years success with Ferry Christmas, ferry operator DFDS wanted another Christmas runner with added extras. In this game the player helps Santa traverse snowy rooftops, jumping to avoid obstacles and drops whilst collecting chocolate coins to boost their score.
DFDS had both an English version and Dutch version with different prize draws, a top prize of an iPad for UK players and those ranking in the top 100 scored themselves an official DFDS keyring, while players in the Netherlands were in with a change to win a full years free travel. It really is the season of giving!
Heath and Safety Software company, SHE Software wanted to run a fun and festive brand awareness campaign in the run-up to the holidays. Much like the SHE Software staff in real life, the in-game Health and Safety Experts were in the party spirit and ready to celebrate! Throughout the 12 days of Christmas Conga players had to collect at least 10 characters to be in with a shot of winning a £50 Amazon voucher.
Background check and pre-employment screening specialists, Agenda Screening Services decided a festive rooftop runner was just what they needed to help give away some great prizes this year. All players had to do was help Santa cover as much distance as possible and rank in the top 500 leaderboard, for a shot at winning an iPad Pro or up to £500 in holiday vouchers!
Energy provider, Opus Energy were feeling particularly generous this year and wanted to offer their Brokers a chance to win a daily prize throughout December. They decided to do this by rolling out a game that takes place in the Opus Energy offices, with festive colleagues ready to conga! Players had a chance to win by playing the game and submitting their scores to enter the daily prize draw which enticed players back, again and again!
Insurance brokers, LV= wanted to repeat the success of last years’ Broker Rooftop Runner by gifting their brokers with the chance to win £500 for their chosen charity by playing LV= Broker Rooftop Runner – The Return. This time around players could boost their score by collecting bronze and gold jelly beans, (a company trait) as they helped Santa navigate the festive city rooftops.
There we have it, it’s been super busy, now its time for mince pies and mulled wine, phew!
